Don’t Be Afraid Of Osama Bin Laden
Osama warns Obama
In an audio tape obtained by Al Jazeera on Sunday, the world’s most wanted man also praised the Nigerian accused of a failed attempt to blow up an airliner heading for Detroit on Christmas Day.
“The message I want to convey to you through the plane of the hero Omar Farouk [Abdulmutallab], reaffirms a previous message that the heroes of 9/11 conveyed to you,” Bin Laden said.
“America will never dream of living in peace unless we live it in Palestine. It is unfair that you enjoy a safe life while our brothers in Gaza suffer greatly.
“America will never dream of living in peace unless we live it in Palestine. It is unfair that you enjoy a safe life while our brothers in Gaza suffer greatly.
“Therefore, with God’s will, our attacks on you will continue as long as you continue to support Israel,” bin Laden said.
“If it was possible to carry our messages to you by words we wouldn’t have carried them to you by planes.”
Osama is an influential Islamic militant whose organisation, whatever the exact nature of it now, is actively involved in an international campaign to attack ‘non Muslims’ perceived as attacking Muslims, to establish Islamic rule wherever they can, and to spread Islam.
Osama’s supported by many affiliated and sympathetic organisations, and by popularity amongst many Muslims worldwide.
But if you live in the West, DO NOT BE AFRAID!!!
For sure, it is sad the attacks that have occurred in Western countries, but as an individual your chance of being directly harmed by one is insignificant.
If you are seriously concerned for your safety with regards to this, then you must never leave your home out of sheer terror at being run over or crashing your car.
If you live in Palestine, on the other hand, you may worry allot about a very real possibility of being harmed by the Israeli army.
The Palestinians may be able to claim numerous and very serious grievances against the Israelis.
Yet, many people expect them to set aside their current situation and what may have been done to them in order to follow a path of peaceful reconciliation; even if the complete opposite can sometimes be seen from the Israeli side.
I would like the Palestinians to drop all the Jihadi rhetoric. It is full of prejudice and hate. It orders war. It sets limits on what ’should’ be done, and motivates a large number of the population to favour certain courses of action over others that are potentially superior.
I would like them to be guided by what is in the best interests of their peoples’ wellbeing; considering their safety, health, economy, education, happiness, liberty, and environment.
I would also like them to consider, though times may be tough and they are poor, the wellbeing of our species in general.
I would like all people to consider our common plight, in trying to live enjoyable lives together along with the rest of life on Earth.
But the Palestinian issue has a great deal of international influence. The Palestinians could likely have the potential to be a strong positive influence for other peoples around the world, if they were able to take a progressive approach to the difficulties they find themselves in.
Many Israelis seem to be very worried indeed about what may happen to their state not just in the current environment but also in the future. The Islamic propaganda of prejudice, violence, and the promise of genocide, seriously seems to freak them out.
It’s probably not helping! Statements like that probably don’t help empower Obama to follow a strong course aimed at peaceful reconciliation of the conflict.
Osama, you are rocking the boat! You are making things worse, Osama! Stop it!
I want peace for Palestine, peace for Muslims, peace for America, and even peace for Osama bin Laden
I definitely wouldn’t want anyone to suffer for something abstract like ‘fairness’ …
A better future for our species might just involve people thinking beyond the harm done to them, and even the deaths of their loved ones.
Here he is:
Hope he didn’t scare you
